· General Housekeeping of offices/ facility/ scanning stations

· Maintain good working relationship with all relevant stakeholders and employees.
· Relationship with Network team
· Relationship with departmental management
· Actively involved in additional stakeholder communication forums
· Communication skills (e-mail)
· Participation in query resolution
· Relationship with other support partners

Ability to focus on customer needs and customer service while ensuring that all policies and procedures are met.
Responsible for the marketing of the Dr Network to all Dr’s in the area.
- Responsible for the swift solution of customer queries.
Responsible to promote the correct and efficient use of the system to the customer to increase system and procedure compliance of the customer.
Responsible for developing and maintaining a high-level employee morale and dedication to serving customers. Conducts themselves and all activities and accountabilities in a manner that is consistent with respect for people values and company policies.
- Liaise with health care partners to ensure success of the Network model and acceptance thereof in the market.
Demonstrate effectiveness in holding conversations with customers, customer evangelism, and customer-focused product development and outreach.
Build and maintain relationships with Dr’s in the network and area.
- Be able to prioritise incoming enquiries and business and convert into live business
Must be sales focused, driven and persistent in closing deals.
- Maintain safety of the vehicle provided by the company and ensure that the vehicle is clean at all times.
Ensure that they are well groomed and presentable to the customer and provides a true reflection of the company.
- Ability to represent and network the company in a professional manner at all times
Junior Network manager to signs 5 new Doctors per month and finalise installation
• 10% new script growth from network.
• E-scripting rollout of 5 practices per month.
• Maintains a 20% conversion of all E-RX to be in an Electronic format.
• Managing all new and existing collections point strategies and roll outs.
• ADHOC project implementations and roll out strategies.
• Monthly/quarterly meetings with IPA heads where applicable
Minimum requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma (3yrs) or Higher in Management or IT
EXPERIENCE:
- Computer Literacy
- Administrative experience
- Previous pharmacy/health care management or IT experience
