Introduction
An exciting career opportunity exists at Medilogistics for a Clerk Finance reporting to the Financial Manager. This position is based at Gezina, Pretoria. The primary purpose of the job is to ensure monthly processes are completed accurately including preparation of the EFT requests. The individual will be responsible to ensure EFTs are captured correctly and ensure the overall administration of the department is up to standard including procurement.
Job description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:-
 
Payments Management
  • Collect daily invoices from Suppliers.
  • Collect daily EFT from HUBs.
  • Prepare EFT request and supplier reconciliation.
  • Capture invoices and ensure accurate cost allocation.
  • Ensure EFTs are submitted for approval.
  • Prepare EFT request and supplier reconciliation.
  • Constant communication with suppliers and hub managers on outstanding documentation
Procurement
  • Collect weekly stationary, consumables and packaging orders from HUBs.
  • Review and confirm order quantities.
  • Update order schedule on a daily basis.
  • Ensure orders are submitted to stakeholders for approval.
  • Collect monthly statements and invoices from suppliers.
  • Reconcile invoices received against orders requests.
Administration
  • Collect monthly petrol accounts and monitor fuel usage.
  • Review vehicle registration on a weekly basis.
  • Review supplier company registration documents.
  • Ensure vehicle license renewals are up to date.
  • Assist with BBBEE audit documentation.
  • Ensure electronic and manual filing of EFTs.
  • Review fines against AODs submitted.
Adhoc
  • Perform any adhoc duties that may be required by the department or Business.
  • Understanding vehicles and the costs surrounding maintenance of vehicles

Minimum requirements

 
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Grade 12.
  • Relevant Finance Qualification (Advantageous).
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
